Rachel Manko, Salt Lake County
Rachel talked about the Survey123 that she built for homeless counts that are done each January. The process before was using paper which wasn’t very pleasant on cold January mornings when the count were done. The data now has a spatial component as well where it used to be just an approximate location. She has also created an operation dashboard and a web application to view the results.
